Signature Shell

Ideal after breast conserving surgeries or reconstruction.

After breast conserving surgeries or reconstruction, there is often a noticeable size difference between the right and left breasts. Signature Shell is an innovative partial form designed to equalize and create symmetry right and left.

Unlike many partial forms that are of uniform thickness, Signature Shell consists of two layers: a thin, firm front layer holds shape and covers the entire breast outline, while softer, movable silicone at the back fills where tissue has been removed.

Serene Light

Supreme Light combines lightweight SoLight silicone with an asymmetrical shape. It is the ideal form for women who require the fit of an asymmetrical form but find traditional forms too heavy. Supreme Light weighs 20-25% less than traditional forms and its asymmetrical shape features a tapered underarm extension. Like the SoLight form, Supreme Light is soft and natural, with a molded back to promote air circulation.

Light enough to wear all day, without compromising comfort or fit!

Signature Light

The SoLight form with a comformable back!

Soft, malleable silicone at the back of this SoLight form can be moved through three specially designed chambers to conform uniquely to each woman's chest wall. The SoLight silicone front of the form keeps the form lighter than others and enhances comfort. The modified triangular shape combined with conformable back makes it possible to wear this form in a close-fitting, supportive bra or pocketed bra.

Supreme Light

SoLight

SoLight is a revolutionary lightweight silicone breast form designed for women who experience fatigue related to the weight of a silicone breast form. SoLight is approximately 25% lighter than comparable weighted silicone forms, providing a beautiful, natural appearance while maintaining the body’s natural balance.

SoLight’s symmetrical, modified triangular shape fits beautifully in both underwire and soft-cup bra. The form's unique molded back allows air to circulate and gives the wearer an appreciably cooler fit for all-day comfort.

Tara Asymmetrical

The softest, most life-like breast form for today's mature woman. Tara features a firm, supportive back and a softer, draping front, creating a natural profile in the bra cup. The asymmetrical shape has finely tapered extensions and is suitable for simple, modified radical, or radical surgery types. A unique molded back allows air circulation for a cooler fit. The Tara is a beautiful complement to an array of Naturalwear bra styles.

Athena

Athena's gently draped front profile has a soft feel and provides natural movement within the bra cup. A fuller, rounded base creates a natural silhouette. The firm back has a unique vented design so that the form holds its shape and allows air circulation for a cooler fit. The symmetrical, modified triangular design combines the versatility of a tri-corner form with an easy-to-fit teardrop shape.

Symphony

One of our most popular styles, the Symphony features a tri-corner shape that is suitable for a variety of surgery types. Tapered extensions hug the chest wall for a smooth look. The Symphony may be used on either the right or left side.

Symphony Encore

Identical in shape to our popular Model 508 Symphony, this form is ideal for the darker complexioned woman. Its unique translucent quality is specially designed to adjust to various skin tones when worn.

Symphony Light

When the full weight of a silicone breast form is a little too heavy, the Symphony Light is an excellent choice. About 15% lighter than Model 508, a unique "backbone" structure prevents the form from collapsing in the bra cup.

Feathweight

A light foam teardrop shape designed for immediate post-operative use. It is light enough to be worn following surgery and it is non-irritating on sensitive skin, It has a sculpted back for a snug fit. It may also be worn for resting, sleeping and exercising. It is not a replacement for a permanant silicone form - it is for temporary wear only.

Calypso Swim Form

Ideal for all water activities, this semi-translucent, heart-shaped silicone form adapts to a varity of skin tones. The firm symmetrical lightweight design maintains balance and prevents shifting.
