Wrist Hand Orthosis
Description- Plastic molded wrist orthosis, with Velcro closure.
Use- This orthosis is designed for the treatment of sprains and
early cast removal for fractures. Its cast like rigidity is perfect
for immobilization without the weight and discomfort of a cast.
Humeral Fractures
Humeral Sarmiento
Description- Plastic molded orthosis that covers the upper arm and
often has an over the shoulder extension with a figure 8 strapping
system.
Use- Worn for a humeral fracture. Worn for a non-union humerus The
Humeral Sarmiemto works by hydrostatic pressure, and Gravity.
Exerting a strong circumferential compression on the upper arm,
forces the two ends of the fracture to meet in the proper alignment.
Gravity helps by pulling the lower section of the fracture slightly
away from the upper section to allow for bone growth.
The shoulder extension and figure 8 straps provides alignment
control and helps prevent slippage.
Back Support - Back-n-black™
This support is designed to provide support to the muscles of the
lower back and abdomen. Features include a removable plastic panel
at both ends of the back support that overlap the abdomen, a
removable sacro pad, and convenient hand assist strap for easy
application. Non-elastic circumferential nylon straps in combination
with the plastic abdominal panel and sacro pad provide true
intra-abdominal compression helping to relieve pressure on the
lumbar spine - 9¾" width.

Pockets
This support is our newest and most sophisticated back product. Allows for the
addition of a thermoplastic insert. Provides maximum anterior/posterior support
with a non-rigid brace by combining the insert with two plastic abdominal
panels. Features a horizontal hand assist strap and a self-guided loop - 9"
width.
Cooler Belt
Eliminates complaints that lumbar supports are too hot. Ventilated elastic
allows the skin to breathe and is feather soft. Overlapping closure design.
Criss-Cross Lumbar Support
Overlapping abdominal straps provide exceptional lumbar and abdominal support.
The three separate closures provide a wide range of tension adjustment, assuring
the best fit.
* Easy to put on: Even for patients of below normal strength. Each of the three
closures require little strength. Together, they add up to exceptional support.
* Comfortable: Criss Cross conforms to the body with no stiff stays to poke and
irritate. It is contoured in front for comfort and its elastic has a soft plush
on the skin side.
* No Creep or Crawl: Criss Cross is tailored to ensure even tension at top and
bottom. Combined with securing effects of its overlapping abdominal straps,
annoying slippage is eliminated.
Lumbo Thoracic
Indicated where thoracic and lumbar support is needed. 20" high at spine and
contoured at top and bottom to 8" in front, back lumbar width is 12". Padded
shoulder straps adjust and secure in front for ease of entry. Crisscrossing
abdominal straps require minimal strength and provide exceptional support.

Rigid Orthosis Hyperextention
Hyperextension Thoracolumbar Orthosis Orthopedically designed pubic pad is
contoured for maximum patient comfort
- Shaped pelvic bar avoids pressure in the groin and eliminates riding up of the
orthosis
